Where does the monthly content come from?
We’ll be posting weekly to your GBP account. If you post original photos to your social media channels monthly, we will use those photos. If not, there is an online form for you to upload 10+ photos every month. GBP does not allow stock photos for profile images. You can also upload information in the online form on specials, promotions, or services you want to emphasize every month.
How do you reply to our reviews?
During the GBP Audit, you will receive a list of various review templates we will use. Each review will be personalized with the reviewer’s name and product/service if noted in the review. Any 3-star or below reviews will be emailed to you for additional information before responding to the review.
