This Review Policy applies to reviews submitted by customers to us and through 3^rd party review sites and how we moderate and display them on this website.  We reserve the right to remove reviews or any other feedback that violates the following content policies:

 

Verified Customers:

We only publish reviews from people who have actually done business with Your Biz Watchdog, LLC. We do not post reviews from unverified customers or reviews submitted on behalf of others or misrepresent a user’s identity or connection to us.

 

Personal and Confidential Information:

We do not post reviews that contain your personal information or anyone else's personal information. This includes, but is not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, credit card information, and driver’s license information.

 

Vulgarity/Sexually Explicit Content:

We do not post reviews with obscene, profane, derogatory, inflammatory, or offensive language, gestures or emojis.

 

Threats/Hate Speech/Discriminatory Content:

We do not post reviews that represent personal attacks or threats to others. This includes reviews that harasses, intimidates or bullies an individual or group of individuals.  We also do not allow reviews that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

 

Off-topic or Unrelated Reviews:

We do not post reviews based on someone else’s experience or reviews that are not about the specific place or agency at issue. This includes reviews about the wrong location or someone else’s experience. Reviews are not the place for general political or social commentary, or personal rants and those that do will not be posted.

 

Spam/Fake Content:

Reviews should be an honest and genuine statement about your experience with Your Biz Watchdog, LLC.  Do not include URL’s, phone numbers or other promotional content/offers. Do not post the same content multiple times on multiple platforms and by multiple users.

 

Advertising Promotion or Solicitation:

We do not post self-promotional reviews or reviews that highlight a competitor or appear to be from a competitor.

 

Illegal or Unlawful Content: 

We do not post reviews that contain dangerous content, unlawful content or links to unlawful or illegal content.

 

Conflict of Interest: 

We do not post reviews from our employees/staff, owners or family members.

 

Copyrighted Content:

We do not post reviews that infringe on the rights of others.

 

Sexually Explicit Material:

We do not post reviews containing sexually explicit material.

 

Impersonation: 

Reviews on behalf of others or misrepresent your identity or connection with the business will not be posted.

 

Marketing:

Reviews posted can be used by Your Biz Watchdog, LLC for marketing and/or advertising purposes.
